2.2 Order Confirmation: An order confirmation will be sent once your order is received and processed. This confirmation will detail the items purchased, pricing, and estimated delivery times.

2.3 Modifications: Any changes to the order must be communicated to us in writing before shipment.

3. Pricing and Payment:

3.1 Pricing: Prices are quoted in [Us Dollor] and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will be honored.

3.2 Payment: Payment must be made in full before shipment. We accept Payment Methods bank transfer, LC. Any applicable taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Delivery:

4.1 Delivery Method: We offer door-to-door delivery services. The delivery terms are specified in the order confirmation.

4.2 Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided in the order confirmation. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.3 Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination and will be included in the final invoice. The charges may vary based on location and shipping method.

4.4 Delivery Risks: Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Insurance:

5.1 Insurance Coverage: Insurance for the shipment is included in the delivery service. This insurance covers loss or damage during transit.

5.2 Claims: In the event of damage or loss, claims must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. We will assist in the claim process with the insurance provider.

6. Returns and Exchanges:

6.1 Returns Policy: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective or not as described. Custom or personalized products are non-returnable.

6.2 Return Procedure: To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the product.

6.3 Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Warranty:

7.1 Product Warranty: Our carpets come with a 1 year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or improper care.

8. Responsibilities of Buyer:

8.1 Import Duties and Taxes: The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional fees applicable in their country.

8.2 Compliance: The buyer must ensure compliance with all applicable import regulations and obtain necessary permits.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law:

10.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 Amendments: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the effective date.
